Hi, Eva here. I was stuck on my novels until I learned how to use character arcs to drive a plot. Now, I rarely run into dead ends or writer's block.

When you understand your characters and the changes they will face, all the events of your story start to fall into place. It turns out, things have to happen in a certain order for a particular character to grow.

The Essential Character Creation Blueprint teaches you how to build an arc for your characters. This arc will then drive your entire story and make writing easier (even if you pants everything after deciding on the arc).

Won't a workbook lead to cookie cutter characters and arcs?

Not at all. The difference between a pile of sticky notes and a novel is not the words themselves. It's the narrative structure that ties all those ideas together.

If you break down your favorite stories, whether in books or movies, you'll find that most of them follow a very similar structure. They might even have the same types of characters.

But each of them is still different in their own way.
