Sing in Me, Muse - Inspirational Poster

I always dreamed of having a writing office (hi, Eva here!). It'd be cozy with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, a comfy couch, and a massive desk.

Because I never had enough room for that, I had to find other ways to create an inspiring writing space: Modest IKEA shelves in a corner of the living room, a desk just big enough for a laptop, and artwork.

So, I asked a designer to create encouraging posters I could hang over my desk. Each of these pieces displays a motivational message about the value of stories. They're reminders that the world needs the book I'm working on.

They helped turn my little corner into a writing office and provide a bit of comfort and inspiration when I'm staring at a screen, wondering why this book won't work.

The quote is the opening line of Homer's The Odyssey (as translated by Robert Fitzgerald): "Sing in me, Muse, and through me tell the story."
